BOND Fitness
- Strength and conditioning
Strength: A combination of compound strength exercises such as squat, deadlift and press, combined with basic gymnastics and isolation exercises.
Conditioning: A workout combining functional movements that utilise both bodyweight and free weight exercises and run between 15-20 minutes.
Goals: increased strength and fitness, weight loss, well-being.
Our programming is scalable to any individual’s experience and fitness levels, whether you are a fitness beginner or an experienced athlete. This is why this program gets acclaim from military personnel, professional athletes, Mums, Dads, and grandparents alike.
All of our classes are led by highly trained and experienced coaches. Classes are approximately 60 minutes in duration and follow a planned progression with the following basic structure:
A certified coach will guide you through a warm-up, followed by movement instruction and demonstration for the workout. Your coach will supervise and correct any movements performed during the exercise.
BOND Power
- Olympic lifting and interval training
Olympic lifting: Focus on the snatch, clean & jerk
Interval training: High-intensity interval training uses functional movements and plyometrics.
Goals: increased strength and fitness, athletic development, weight loss, well-being.

- Cardiovascular and muscular endurance
The workouts in this class are approximately 35-45 minutes long and require a steady-state approach to this high-volume, long-format training.
Goals: increased long-range cardiovascular fitness, increased long-range muscular endurance, weight loss, and well-being.
